This is an introductory offer, priced at $330 including GST for access to training over a three-month period, subject to our Training Terms of Use.

What's included in the subsciption package?


Up to date trainings

At Housing Hub Training, we deliver accurate and up-to-date content. With subject matter experts and a focus on best practice, our commitment ensures quality learning. You can view our training consultants bios here.

New content released during your subscription will be available to you and your staff. We aim to keep you informed and equipped with the latest insights throughout your subscription period. We also welcome your feedback in relation to learning needs and content.

Live workshops

Setting us apart from our competitors is our commitment to include live workshops in our subscription offering. You will be given a promotional code that can be used to access all live workshops that are available within the subscription period.

Your dedicated training consultant will create a detailed report showing how many times your employees have logged in, completed training, and registered for live workshops during the term of your subscription. Your training consultant will provide you with the report 4 weeks before your subscription is due to expire.
If you would like more frequent reporting, including if you use the Housing Hub training subscription as a part of your induction for new employees, please speak to your training consultant and we would be happy to assist you. 

Frequently asked questions

Can I share the promotional code for live workshops?

Feel free to share the live workshop promotional code within your organisation, but please remember that the code is only for your organisation and must not be shared externally.

Can I send this webpage link to other people and share this?

At this stage this webpage URL is private and not discoverable to anyone external so it shouldn’t be shared. 
As this is a trial the HH staff member will share the link directly to the person that can then make payment or decide if this is something they want to purchase. If you need to share this link with your finance team or manager for payment for example, then that is okay.
If this link is shared with organisations that have not been connected to by our HH staff members, we have the right to offer the trial subscription at our own discretion and with no guarantees. 

What do I do if I can't attend a workshop?

If you have registered for a live workshop and cannot attend, please let us know and we can unenroll you from that workshop. You will be able to register for the next available workshop using your code, provided it is within your subscription period. If the next workshop is not scheduled yet, be sure to keep a lookout on when workshops are released. We normally promote this in our email newsletter.

I have enrolled in a live workshop that has a date after my subscription period ends, what happens?

Your training consultant is here to chat through some options with you:
  1. Renew your subscription and stay in the workshop.
  2. Purchase the workshop as single registration at the full cost
  3. Unenroll from the live workshop.
Your training consultant or a friendly team member will reach out for a chat to explore these options with you if the need arises. We're here to help.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you can. Please email us at training@housinghub.org.au to arrange this.
When you email us please let us know:
- Who we can address the invoice to 
- Which email address it needs to be sent to 
When paying by invoice, please know that access to training will not be available until payment has been received and a staff member has set your team up.

What happens once my payment is received?

Once your payment has been received by us, we will contact you to discuss the best approach for providing access to your employees and to obtain any information we need from you to make the training available, such as your email domain name or email address for your individual employees.
We will then enable access for your employees to our recorded webinars and eLearning, and provide you with a code that your employees can use to register for live workshops and webinars. We will enable access as quickly as possible, but rest assured that your three-month subscription terms begins from when you receive access to the training. 
If you are paying by invoice, please note that it may take 1-3 business days after you have made the payment before it is received by us, and we will not be able to provide access to the training until we have received your payment. 
If you require a quicker initial response, feel free to give us a call, and our team will do their utmost to assist you promptly.

If I pay with a credit card does it automatically renew? 

No, at this point in the trial period of subscriptions, your assigned training consultant will touch base with you 4 weeks out to initiate renewing your subscription and seek feedback on your current experience. In future this will be an option that is explored. Please chat to our staff for more information.
