Who is your training for?

Our training is for anyone that would like to deliver high quality services to people with disability. Our experts can support Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals, Providers of Housing and Disability Support Workers.

Do you deliver private team training?

Yes, we can deliver tailored training packages to suit the needs of your team. We work collaboratively with you to understand your team’s learning objectives and then develop our training content and delivery to best achieve these outcomes. Do you offer discounts for groups?

Starting on October 24, 2023, a group booking discount will be available for purchases involving 5 or more individuals in a single full-price live workshop. To check eligibility and gather more information, please feel free to contact us via email training@housinghub.org.au to discuss your options.

Can I pay via invoice?

Yes, you certainly can. Please email us on training@housinghub.org.au to arrange this.
Please let us know:
- Who we can address the invoice to 
- Which email address it needs to be sent to 

What about cancellations?

If the workshop has fewer than 4 registered participants, there's a possibility it may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, you have two options: 
- Receive a full refund or 
- Opt for the next available session on the same topic. 
Rest assured, one of our friendly team members will get in touch with you if such a situation arises and provide as much notice as possible.
If you are unable to attend or need to cancel your registration, please contact us at training@housinghub.org.au as early as possible to discuss your options
